Thank you for supporting Tokyo Skytree! We value and appreciate your generosity in supporting our mission to rescue, foster, and rehome cats. Please carefully review our refund policy for the various types of transactions we handle.
Donations
All donations made to Tokyo Skytree are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is final. These funds are used to support our cat rescue operations, including fostering, TNR (trap-neuter-return), medical care, and adoption efforts. We deeply appreciate your contribution, and your generosity helps us save the lives of many cats.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your donation, please feel free to contact us at contact@tokyo-skytree.org. However, we kindly request that you consider the non-refundable nature of donations.
Adoption Fees
Adoption fees are non-refundable once an adoption is finalized. After a pet is adopted, we are unable to refund the adoption fee, as it directly supports the costs associated with caring for the cats, including medical treatment, vaccinations, food, and supplies.
In case of any challenges after the adoption, we encourage adopters to contact us directly so we can offer guidance or help with the transition. If an adopter needs to return the pet, we will work with them to find the best solution, but the adoption fee will not be refunded.
